I offer direct email and phone access to established clients for communication regarding urgent matters that arise between scheduled sessions. These channels are for ongoing support and are not monitored 24/7, so please use them judiciously and remember to contact emergency services in crisis situations.

    Some clients prefer private pay for therapy to maintain greater control over their care and privacy. Insurance companies may also impose limits on the number of sessions, which could disrupt your progress.
