We often find ourselves ruminating and depressed regarding our past or feeling anxious and dreading our future. You're not alone; many people struggle with anxiety and depression, but you don't have to suffer; anxiety and depression are treatable conditions. Anxiety and depression disorders present significant challenges for individuals across various aspects of their lives. These conditions can manifest in excessive worry, fear, and intense physical symptoms, often leading to significant distress and impairment. The pervasive nature of anxiety and depression can impact daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Life can feel overwhelming, especially after stressful events like a stressful relationship, accident, illness, job loss, or a major transition such as a new relationship, job, or family addition. Even joyful changes can bring unexpected unease, making it hard to focus, stay productive, or enjoy the present moment.

Imagine waking up each morning feeling calm and confident, ready to face the challenges of your day with a positive and effective outlook. With supportive therapeutic tools, mentoring, and daily practice, it's possible! I will work with you to help you gain supportive emotional regulation and greater interpersonal effectiveness.  While occasionally feeling anxious or depressed is normal, persistent and excessive worry can significantly impact your daily life.

  • Work performance and employment instability.

  • Physical health and sleep quality and development of co-occurring medical conditions.

  • Withdrawn from social interactions and lower self-esteem.
